Jeewa Travel Company was founded in honour of our late father, Jeewan Fernando, a respected and highly experienced tour guide who dedicated over four decades to introducing Sri Lanka to travellers from around the world.
Today, his values are carried forward by two siblings committed to thoughtful travel and meaningful experiences. Having grown up building genuine connections with people from around the world, we learned early that travel is about more than places.

Hashika's connection to travel began early, shaped by a lifetime immersed in Sri Lanka's landscapes, culture, and people. He learned the craft from the best in the industry - his father, Jeewan Fernando, whose decades of guiding set a standard rooted in knowledge, care, and genuine connection.
As a licensed National Tour Guide and Dutch/English speaking guide, Hashika brings years of hands-on experience and an instinctive understanding of how journeys should unfold. His approach is unhurried and thoughtful - knowing when to linger, when to move on, and how to create space for authentic moments.
Tisuki Fernando
Co-Founder | Client Experience & Operations
Tisuki brings structure, clarity, and a people-first mindset to Jeewa Travel Company. With a background in international business, operations and leadership roles in Canada, she oversees planning, communication, and coordination - ensuring each journey is thoughtfully designed from the first inquiry to arrival in Sri Lanka.
Her focus is on making travel feel easy and reassuring. By combining careful planning with clear communication, Tisuki ensures every detail is considered, allowing travellers and travel advisors to feel confident, informed, and well supported throughout the journey.
